• Optionally choose an interest only calculation (defaults to interest and principal)
• Optionally choose fortnightly payments (defaults to monthly)
• The software calculates the per month/fortnight payments of interest, principal and combined total.
• The software also calculates the total interest, principal and combined total for the duration of the mortgage. 

Requirements

• You will need a Pocket PC PDA or a PDA Phone to use this software.
• The device will need to be running a Pocket PC version of windows.  (Palm OS is not supported.)
• The device will need to have the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework installed.  If this software is not on the device, it can be installed from this web site. When you install the software, you will be informed if this is missing.
